If you are not completely satisfied with the value of any of our products for any reason, you may receive a full refund (including return shipping charges in the event that we have made an error with your order) by returning the product in its original packaging state within 30 days of delivery along with your name, address, a copy of your packing slip, and the reason for the return. If you are not completely satisfied with the value of any of our electronic products for any reason, you may receive a full refund by returning the downloaded product within 30 days of purchase date along with an email to guarantee@ccqh.com that includes your name, email address, title of your electronic product, invoice, and reason for the return.
